When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.
How we use it
Only to reply to you. If you’re interested in joining, the Secretary may share your details with other lodge officers involved in meeting you, and, where needed, with the Provincial Grand Lodge of Berkshire. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years, then deleted, unless you become a member.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@ashleyhill7861.org.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Photographs
We don’t publish photographs of identifiable people, or name anyone as a Freemason, without their agreement.
